This meditation is designed to help you exercise your muscle of presence. Remember, the act of trying will put you into the future and bring you out of the present moment, so just sit comfortably in a dark room and let the mediation guide you to where you need to go. Once the mediation is complete, do not do anything but instead, sit quietly and bask in the feeling of presence so you can reaccess this state when you want to be present for the people you care about.
