You Meditation

This mediation is designed to help you connect with the true you and leave you feeling abundantly alive and powerful with a clear idea of what is important to you. Don’t do anything; just get out of the way and let the mediation take you where it needs to take you. Before starting, set an intention, something maybe around a desire to feel deeply who you really are, and after the mediation is complete, take ten minutes to journal about what you felt.
